NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
We gave a booking fee for 1,000 dirhams which the agent agreed to be returned to us after we have delivered the cheques to the landlord. We are paying the 5% commission to the guy signing the tenancy contract on behalf of the landlord (he has SPA). The agent is also getting commission from that same guy. Once we got our ejari and all, i wanted to get the 1,000 from the agent back. He says he will come at this time, but didn't show up. Postponed for another day, we waited for 8 hours. He didn't show up. Now, he is supposed to come at 5pm. Let us see what excuse he will give this time.

Good property give in less budget
They have a good properties in very good budget and these guys are experienced and also view property respect to requirements and budget.

FRAUDULENT PEOPLE
Please do not ever give money (cash or cheque) to any agents of HYDRO HOMES REAL ESTATE BROKERS because they are cheaters, they will get money from you and in the end you get screwed and you dont get the apartment and then you end up chasing the money you deposited to them.. i have been trying to get my money back since December 2018 until now i do not have it... they are registered in Dubai Land. the last time i checked it expired on March 2019 but they could have renewed but the numbers they have are all fake numbers.. PLEASE be warned.

they are fraud agents and looting money by showing the flats of other comapany

do not trust of give any sort of deposit to them. they do not have any office. they are all talk. they will take your money and you will be left with no apartment. i am still chasing my money till this day.

Hey there. I just happened to came across an agent and gave him a deposit. He issued a receipt and I took a photo of his Emirates ID. Are they all fraud? Appreciate any help for this.

We just now gave them deposit and we are surprised of some hidden charges they gave us on their official quotation.
