I started my visa processing with them and given full amount at one time.

People are lazy, do not know the process and they called the self 8 years experience. They will no provide any contact point for escalation irrespective of mentioned in contract.

No proper guidance. Don't go with them to waster your money and time both.

In the beginning they will hide some important information till they take your money then after you start getting emails from them and provide some documents suddenly all the people who you met will leave the company and you will start dealing with some others, from this point you will get more informations will make your case can't be accepted. This is what happened with me exactly

I have friend of mine who avail the service of this consultancy he completed all the requirements that they are asking and already paid for the fees, after completing all the requirements he was interviewed and told to wait for only few week for the result. and Its been months have over now and yet no response or feedback from the consultancy.
