Worst quality with high price
I have bought a computer table for my kid to study. It's completely broken in a month and the cost is more than 625 aed. Please see the attached photos for your better understanding. It's completely waste of money. Kindly don't buy any furniture items. Better you can sit on the floor. It was falling down by itself, I supposed to lose my daughter due to this incident, my daughter just went to the other room for playing, hence we could save her life.

Very dissappointed
Was very disappointed at pan emirates.

Had recently bought a glass book shelf from them, was very darn onto the price and was very excited to buy it.
But when I had brought it home, my mom and I were building it all together. But as we got to the doors there were no holes, for the glass pieces, nor for the hooks to attach it to the book Shelf.

Was very upset, went the next day to the store and they had told me that maybe it was their mistake and they will order me another set of doors in which I had to wait another week for.
So today I walk in, ready for my new doors and carrying the old ones (with no holes in them) They had re opened the new set and AGAIN no holes were in there too. Which made me furious. They then had informed me they will send a helper to come and help me at my house with no extra cost, but I will have to wait ANOTHER week for them.

What upset me the most is the store manager was in his office and his team kept going back and forth to find out answers to help us, but not once did he ever step out of his office to even apologize or acknowledge his being.

I even regretted a bookshelf from Ikea since I felt Pan Emirates was better.
Dining chairs and table very poor quality
I bought a dining table and 6 chairs from the barsha branch in January and the fabric on the chair tore within a week of delivery.
To their credit they replaced the chairs but the fabric was like tissue paper it kept tearing , very poor quality of furniture.
When I finally asked for a replacing all the chairs they said it’s over six months and they cannot do anything.

The photo below is from chairs purchased in jan 2019 and its now September 2019.
I have sofas from Home Center bought in 2012 with no issues or tears.

Don’t waste your money buying from them.
Very bad quality
I purchased several items from Pan Emirates (Barsha) and 3 were defective. They managed to replace 1 item however could not replace the other 2. Very bad Customer service as well as the quality of products they are selling!

1) Console Mirror - diamantes coming broken at the time of delivery. No replacement as the 6 other in stock are the same. Was forced to keep this damaged product.
2) Console table leg - mirror attached incorrectly - manufacturing defect. Replaced.
3) Shaggy rug – strands coming off! No replacement as all of these are the same.

DO NOT purchase items from this place.
Worst service ever
First of all they are so rude when i was giving them the address they hang up the phone on me several times
The second thing they are so slow and they send only one worker for fixing the furnitures and it took me a lot of time like they at least could send me 2 workers but .....
It was awful

Extremity bad experience with pan emirates I bought furniture and it’s already broken , very bad quality and cheap , I will never ever buy from them again , I calling the customer service no answer at all I’m start calling all branches but no way they will answer hopeless I prefers IKEA
Very rude and impolite staff!!, VERY POOR technician team!! They only sent one person for all the furnitures we ordered and he’s veryyyy slow!! Been here for 3 hours and he has only fixed a table!! The driver hung up the phone just because he couldn’t find the address, not only once, but multiple times!!!
We called the for the customer service and no reply from them till now! I WONT RECOMMEND YOU PAN EMIRATES (al barsha branch)
Very very very worst service.
Very worst service. No proper delivery. After puchasing no will respond properly from the store. Plz guys dont go to this shop.

Very bad service and rude customer service and their technical team is very poor
Poor quality sofa
They delivered sofa infested with pests to my home. Now repeatedly following up with them to treat soda or exchange. No result so far.
Deceiving - Terrible service
Do not buy from this place. Poor quality products, incorrect description and rude customer service representatives. They delivered wrong, broken product (when compared to the description) and despite accepting their fault they offered us 70% refund only. They are such a bully and fearless as if there is no law of land. Can anyone advise how to deal with such sort of behaviour?
I would rather give ZERO ‘0’ stars, but I don’t have that option in google, the least I can give is 1 star, but I would never recommend PAN EMIRATES to anyone. My decision of visiting PAN EMIRATES (al barsha) is highly regretted.
It was for the furniture of my DREAM HOME in Dubai. After searching so many furniture showrooms we have selected Sofa set (3+2+1), Dining Table, Kids bed Etc. We selected everything and paid the whole amount on 24th of May and furniture was expected to be delivered on 31st May. Before 31st I received few calls and so many massages from PE regarding the delivery schedule and then the day come when they called me in the morning on 30th May and informed that “the sofa what you have selected we cannot deliver” I said WTF !!!
They said they cannot deliver the sofa, OK. When I asked the reason for the same they said its been damaged (which I doubt) I said alright, let me have a look, the lady from phone replied she will call me back, but no one called me. Then I spoke to the sales person, he said we have 3+3+1 available if you want to take, I said it wouldn’t accommodate in my living room and kindly check for 3+1+1 at least, then he recommend me to visit the al barsha showroom and speak to the store manager as he already spoke to him in this regards.
Here comes the worst part of the story, when I went to the showroom in the same evening in a mood to discuss the issue with the manager but when I met him I feel like, is he the manager or what, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He behaved very rudely with full of attitude and the way he spoke oh my GOD it was so pathetic I can’t even explain. After greetings he said like this “yes, ok select some other sofa we have so many here” I was like what? Then I said I don’t want anything else as we searched so many already and not only this was our selection but also we paid/purchased it, then he said very rudely with attitude “HEY MAN I AM HELPING YOU”.
I don’t understand how people like him will become manager. Then he said ok let me check 3+1+1 for you but wait for my reply till tomorrow, I said fine. Then the next day got a call from the same sales person and he said congratulation sir we got your sofa set 3+1+1 for you and we are giving AED-200/- voucher for you as we are not sending 2seater what you have selected and all items will be delivered on 1st of June. I said alright.
Next day the 1st of June, massages started from the morning only “all items are been loaded…” from PAN EMIRATES. in the afternoon luckily I spoke to the delivery driver after giving the location, out of curiosity I enquired about the list of item he said these all item but there is no SOFA I said WHAT !!! I told him if there is no sofa, then do not bring anything as am not going to except anything without sofa.
I went to the showroom same day and asked the customer service agent to cancel my whole order, I DON’T WANT ANYTHING FROM PAN EMIRATES. A person came and said “sir why don’t you select something else” I said why you are insisting me to select something else, the one what you were committed to give was my SELECTION only. Kindly CANCEL my whole order/invoice and return my money that’s all and I got my money back.

OMG! That's very bad so unprofessional. Good i read this review.
Very bad experience.all furnitures are so short lived. A drawer came apart in 6 months that too it was not used then coz i went to india and came back only after months and so by the time i called them they told me to get a local carpenter to we need their advice for its one year and its totally gone
I purchased my cot,side table dresser and sofa from PAN Emirates in May of 2015. Few days, and friends told me how short lived the furniture from PAN are. I wondered how flimsy can furniture from such a decorated store be? 6 months and I am stuck with a broken cot side table with drawers falling apart and sofa with stiches that are giving in. Cot ment for two used by one. Could it get worse. When I call the customer care they tell me to come and buy the bed support. Seemed like this is a common problem with their furniture. WARNING NO PAN EMIRATES FURNITURE. It is money down the drain.
Bought a bed set and it broke Down in few months. We went and spoke to the customer service for two times now without any benefit. I would never buy anything from Pan Emirates in future
The worst shop ever. Bought a sofa- chair for my husband as a gift and it broke down 5 days later! I am fighting with them for the last 2 moths as I do not want the chair to be repaired, just want the money back. Lets see what will happen. There customer service is extremely bad. Everyone should avoid this shop, is better to pay a bit more and get things that will last years, not days...
Dont go here..Same issue with my SOfa...I suggest even dont go near to there will loose your money
