Our client, a multinational manufacturer of building materials and construction systems requires an HR Manager for their Abu Dhabi division. Reporting to the General Manager, potential candidate will be responsible to ensuring human resource planning and operations that are synergistic with organization mission, attracting and retaining the best talents in the trade, developing a motivated work force, frame policies and procedures to streamline HR operations, identifying and developing employee potential through use of suitable methods of talent and performance management techniques. Candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, previous experience in handling bulk over-seas recruitment and workforce planning are highly preferred. Potential incumbents must possess current or previous experience in working with manufacturing/production industries from a multi-national perspective. Bachelor/Master degree holder's specialised in HR discipline are welcome.
