Our client, a Health/Wellness platform requires a Head Pastry Chef. Potential candidates must be experienced in making Vegan, Gluten-free, Sugar-free Pastry desserts. The candidate has ideally worked at Health resorts internationally and possesses excellent food presentation skills. Successful candidates shall be in interaction with the owner and shall lead in conceptualizing and developing recipes in line with the menus. The Head Pastry Chef will be supported by a junior support staff.Culinary Arts Diploma preferred. Excellent time management skills and sound knowledge of inventory management are desirable.
