Role: Finance Manager

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer


  • Responsible for managing of the overall finance department and set goals, objectives, and design framework for those to be met.
  • To prepare business plans and compare with the company's performance.
  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Responsible for financial statements preparation and presentation.
  • To exercise accounting standards, regulatory compliances, and its applications.
  • Managing the company's receivable collection process.
  • Meet the demands for internal and external audits and managing the relationship with current banks and other third parties.
  • Auditing and managing the company's budget and finance processes, execution of all processes, such as financial risk management, financial planning and control, reporting, cash flow and bank transactions.


  • CA with minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Finance role.
  • Previous experience in a trading company and knowledge of import / export business are essential.
  • Must have good knowledge of VAT returns and FTA laws.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills and ERP knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • UAE DL is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
